Load In times 

FRIDAY  11/7- 11AM – 6 PM dock & doors close-  6:30PM Floor Closes

SATURDAY 11/8 – 8 AM – 9 AM dock and door closes

IF YOU ARE NOT LOADING IN BY THE TIME THE LOADING DOCK CLOSES SATURDAY MORNING, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR BOOTH SPACE. 

NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • All vendors must check in with Vendor load in services before advancing to their booth. Services are located inside the show hall. Vendor load in services will provide them with their booth assignments, badges, and any other information needed.

**BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS ARE NOT GIVEN UNTIL LOAD IN **

 Once checked in, a Vendor Volunteer will walk each vendor to their booth.

(Extra booth badges available for purchase here at $10 each. Limit 2 additional per vendor)

  • ALL vendors must bring proof of payment. This can be in the form of a PayPal receipt or Square receipt or other payment receipt. ANY vendors who do NOT have receipt of payment, will have to wait for verification from management.
  • Vendors have between 20- 30 minutes MAX to unload their vehicle unless otherwise authorized by show management or by convention center security. Security will catalog vehicles and will begin announcing when vehicles need to move. If a vehicle is not moved within the allotted time, convention center security reserves the right to have the vehicle towed at the expense of the owner. PLEASE UNLOAD AND MOVE YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE STARTING TO SET UP YOUR BOOTH. 
  • Neither Convention services nor Fanboy Expo lend out dollies or carts. You must bring your own cart or rent one from the convention services group

Additional tables and chairs are all available from the decorator.  (You ARE allowed to bring your own additional tables and chairs)

!!!DO NOT GIVE THE TABLE OR CHAIR YOU ARE PROVIDED TO ANOTHER VENDOR!!! If you do not need the ones that are provided they must be given back to the decorator. Giving them to another vendor will result in additional charges to the vendor and yourself. 

UTILITIES:  Please see the link below for the Knoxville Fanboy Anime exhibitor store link where exhibitors can purchase their electric or internet needs. Any booth items such as additional chairs or tables will still need to go through the decorator – this is just KCC utilities.

The link is active beginning today with advanced pricing available for an extended period of time. Floor rate goes into effect on Oct 25 at 8am EST with the store closing on Nov 7th at 12pm EST.

Please contact the KCC for any assistance with internet or electricity needs. The KCC will have a list of booth assignments so there is no need to have them for ordering purposes. IF REQUIRED TO ORDER SERVICES, PLEASE USE “N/A” IN THE REQUIRED FIELD.

PARKING: Vehicles can be moved to Locust Street Garage, Blackstock Lot or Poplar Lot (SAT ONLY). Box Trucks and Trailers are not able to park in Locust Street Garage • Large Trucks and trailers may only park at the Blackstock lot or Poplar lot (SAT ONLY)• Vendors may have to park away from the convention center and walk over • Locust St Garage offers free parking on weekends and after 7pm on weekdays • There is NO free parking at any hotel or at the church. In addition, there is no parking at the UT LOT on the other side of the Poplar Lot.

Fire Marshal inspection 9:30 am / Show opens at 10 am for VIP

All vendors must be set up and ready for show open by 9am on Saturday. This is when the fire marshal does his inspection and will not allow the show to open if there are materials in the aisle ways.

FOR MOVE OUT: 

  • Absolutely no vendor may load out until Knoxville Convention Center Security give permission • 6pm Begins load out. You will need your parking pass for load out.

Vendors May load up their booths and THEN retrieve vehicles to load out Saturday evening • Knoxville Security will again be granting a Maximum time a vehicle can be in the loading dock area.

WE HIGHLY ADVISE LARGER BOOTHS AND MULTI BOOTHS TO TAKE THEIR TIME AND ALLOW FOR SMALLER BOOTHS THAT CAN QUICKLY LOAD OUT TO GO FIRST.
